Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of professional interior design experience.
• Residential experience is a plus.
• Fluency in AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong graphics and visual presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3D modeling and rendering experience (Rhino, Revit) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage decorative furnishings procurement and FF&E development.
• Coordinate decorative elements with architectural design.
• Document decorative and finish specifications and schedules.
• Develop furniture plans and manage installation scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with private clients and team members.
