Premium Air Inc. is seeking a residential HVAC service technician who specializes in diagnosing problems, delivering quality workmanship, and earning homeowners' trust.

This role focuses on thorough diagnostics, effective repairs, and proactive maintenance across split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and air handlers. You will work with a team of seasoned professionals, take ownership of service calls from start to finish, and communicate clearly with customers about findings and options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on electrical, refrigerant, and airflow issues.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and air handlers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and control-related issues with accuracy.
• Perform system inspections, preventative maintenance, and performance evaluations.
• Identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions.
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to homeowners.
• Complete service documentation accurately and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Manage service calls independently while delivering strong customer service.
