Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to work in varied environments and lift equipment as needed.
• Screening process includes assessments, interviews, background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems (heating and cooling).
• Identify issues and provide accurate, effective solutions to restore system performance.
• Complete routine service calls and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
