Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee residential system installations, upgrades, and replacements. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure high-quality work, and maintain safety and compliance.

This role requires 3-5+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer-facing skills. The position includes training, inventory management, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HVAC experience in residential market.
• EPA certification compliant with environmental regulations.
• Valid Driver’s License (minimum three years of experience).
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking to resolve complex HVAC issues.
• Proactive, enthusiastic approach with commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent customer service and ability to address client needs.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, or replace residential HVAC systems with precision.
• Lead, mentor, and train Install Helpers on job sites and in shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
• Manage inventory and keep tools and vehicle organized.
• Ensure work complies with appliance standards, safety regulations, and site safety.
