Rytec Electric is seeking a Lead Residential Service Electrician & Customer Solutions Specialist to perform diagnostic troubleshooting, electrical service calls, panel upgrades, and home wiring repairs across Wilmington and coastal North Carolina communities. This role requires 3+ years of residential service experience, strong NEC literacy, and elite customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential electrical service experience.
• Excellent NEC literacy and code compliance knowledge.
• Professional, articulate communication with clients.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver License with insurable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex residential electrical failures.
• Perform panel upgrades, service and fixture installations, EV charger and generator work.
• Read and interpret architectural plans and single-line diagrams.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes.
• Maintain clean work areas and protect customer property.
• Manage truck stock and document work orders via mobile dispatch software.
