Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in residential design.
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Drafting, or Interior Design (2-4-year).
• Proven experience leading client meetings and guiding full home designs.

Responsibilities

• Design thoughtful residential floor plans and exterior elevations.
• Develop site plans, 3D models, and presentation drawings.
• Work with homeowners, builders, contractors, and engineers.
• Incorporate client feedback, redlines, and regulatory comments.
• Coordinate with drafting staff to communicate design intent.
