In this key leadership role, you’ll act as the primary manager in the absence of the Program Manager. Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe environment for participants.

Qualifications

• One year of human service work experience may substitute for education.
• Preferably one year in rehabilitation, educational, or residential programs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and operate agency vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for participants, families, and staff.
• Respond to emergencies and summon appropriate personnel.
• Supervise, mentor, and train Direct Support Professionals.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and health monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, agency policies, and regulations.
