Onni Group of Companies in Seattle, WA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Interior Design to support planning, design coordination, execution, and closeout of high-rise residential projects. The role focuses on interior design implementation and alignment with budget, schedule, and standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project engineer experience, proficiency with MS Project and the MS Office suite, and a proven ability to coordinate designers, consultants, and vendors

Qualifications

• Ground up high-rise construction experience.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Ability to guide, direct, and coordinate a department with five or more employees.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in initiation, planning, execution, and closeout of high-rise residential projects.
• Coordinate designers, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain interior project schedules and monitor critical path items.
• Assist with budgeting, cost estimating, and value engineering for interior scopes.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor invoices.
• Lead finish palettes, material selections, and FF&E specifications.
• Review plans and interior details.
• Oversee FF&E procurement and installation.
• Conduct field verifications and maintain punch lists.
• Ensure ADA and building code compliance.

Associate’s degree or higher in Interior Design/Interior Architecture/Construction Management
