Job summary

Unknown company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee new custom and semi-custom home builds across multiple jobsites in Waxhaw, Monroe, and Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes keeping projects on budget, on schedule, and up to quality standards to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities include coordinating onsite construction, scheduling subcontractors, maintaining strong communication with clients, and managing project lifecycle from design to closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, specifically new-homes.
• 4+ year proven track record of successful operations and project leadership within new construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects (typically 8-10) at one time with average home prices ranging up to $525-625k, or roughly $525,000 to $625,000 per home.
• Strong team-building skills and excellent communication abilities with customers and owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite construction across multiple jobsite locations, including sites in Monroe and Charlotte NC, for custom-designed homes built on individual homeowner properties.
• Plan and schedule subcontractors to be onsite as needed to meet build-time requirements.
• Maintain over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Oversee construction site management from the design and pre-construction phase through subcontractor selection, contract execution, safety management, and scheduling through closeout.
• Ensure budgets and schedules are met while closely monitoring construction quality.
