Job summary

Lars Remodeling & Design, an award-winning home remodeling company in San Diego, seeks a Residential Architect (CA Licensed Architect a plus) to join our team. This full-time, in-office role requires coordinating with team members on designs, drawings and construction documents, with a focus on residential remodels and new home construction.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 per year based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential design is required.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve individually and with the project team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, construction documents and production/construction.
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives.
• Produce drawings and 3D renderings for client presentations.
• Manage workload of Junior Designers and Drafters and assist in construction administration.
