Job summary

Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR) for the U.S. Department of Labor, seeks a Senior Independent Living Advisor in Saint Paul, MN.

The role guides residential staff and mentors students toward education, training and life skills success. The position runs overnight from 11:30 pm to 8:30 am, Tuesday through Saturday, with full-time benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and climb stairs.
• Residential experience preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full-time working Overnight Shift from 11:30 pm to 8:30 am on Tuesday through Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)

PAY AND BENEFITS:

$26.09 per hour plus benefits, including 12 paid holidays, vacation and sick time; 401(k) with match; and medical, dental and vision insurance
