Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC seeks a Senior Resident Service Coordinator for Beacon House Square in Baltimore, MD. The role leads resident support, coordinates services with Project PLASE (PSH partner), and guides staff to ensure housing stability and well-being for residents.

The ideal candidate holds an MSW with an active LCSW and brings 4+ years of RSC leadership experience, strong collaboration, and data-driven program development.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.
• Minimum of four years of experience as a Resident Service Coordinator in housing or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting housing-based services, Permanent Supportive Housing, clinical social work, or supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the property in creating and implementing programs, partnerships and services.
• Serve as lead wellness and service coordination point of contact with PSH partner.
• Offer guidance to property management on high-risk residents and crisis situations.
• Supervise RSCs within property or region and support properties without an RSC.
• Participate in leadership calls and lead projects to meet department goals.
• Plan for acquisition of new properties in the region.
• Maintain relationships with ARSM, RSC colleagues, corporate staff and Property Management.
