Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri.
• Six years of highway/transportation engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts for the assigned area.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and special provisions; make corrections as required.
• Prepare or supervise project documentation, reports, payment estimates, and change orders.
• Supervise layout and inspection personnel, including hiring and performance management.
• Communicate with contractors and property owners; respond to contractor claims; serve as expert witness when needed.
