Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years in product engineering or hardware test engineering in embedded environments.
2+ years leading projects and directing teams.
5+ years in software testing, lifecycle, and test design methodologies.
5+ years in vehicle networking (CAN, MOST).
3+ years of Hardware-in-the-Loop development and usage.

Responsibilities

Build and manage customer relationships at a release engineer/manager level.
Proactively manage project risks and coordinate with software PMs and tech leads.
Provide weekly project status updates using standard templates.
Represent the project to senior management during reviews.
Serve as primary escalation point for customer project communications.
Set direction and drive cross-department engagement for project execution.
