Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering required, preferably Petroleum.
  • 5+ years experience as a reservoir engineer.
  • Strong background in three-phase flow, phase behavior, and reservoir simulation.
  • Ability to integrate data from geology, petrophysics and geophysics.
  • Carry out daily functions: decline curve analysis, material balance, volumetrics, pressure transient analysis, nodal analysis.
  • Develop and present to senior management as required.
  • Work with multi-functional teams and prioritize projects.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate prospects and producing properties to maximize value.
  • Perform reservoir and production surveillance duties.
  • Conduct economic evaluations at a project level.
  • Model reservoirs using data from all disciplines.
  • Develop depletion and development plans for assets.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
