Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Health Science, Biology, Chemistry or other science related field of study preferred Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Performs complex laboratory assignments, planning and conducting experiments of limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project.
• Leads tasks associated with research activities and lab support for lower-level technicians.
• Coordinates the training and performance of lower-level technicians and students.
• Inspects completed work and ensures quality and compliance of standards and specifications.
• Provides education on the monitoring and sampling of equipment.
