GDM Seeds is seeking a Senior Research Superstation Manager to oversee corn and soybean operations and testing across designated sites. You will drive innovation, implement field processes, and foster safety and continuous improvement while developing team capabilities to meet research goals.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to protocols. Strong data collection and analysis skills, plus experience with visualization tools, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agronomy or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in corn and soybean research management, or 10+ years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing research operations.
• Proven expertise in field data collection, analysis, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage GDM's corn and soybean Operations & Testing teams at assigned sites.
• Champion standardization of protocols, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of field activities and report to stakeholders.
• Design benchmarking strategies to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Develop strategies for research equipment utilization and safety.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members.
