You will lead research initiatives, design and execute laboratory studies, and collaborate across disciplines while guiding intellectual property efforts and staying current with state-of-the-art literature and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (CS, EE, materials, physical sciences, chemical engineering, or physics).
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (or equivalent via substitutions).
• Proven ability to lead research initiatives across technical disciplines.
• Experience providing technical leadership and consultation in specialized scientific domains.

• Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies, theories, and trends.
