Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, EE, materials, physical sciences, chemical engineering, or physics).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field (Master’s may substitute for 1 year).
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted (total 6 years).
• Strong understanding of scientific research methods and analytical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory-based research and experimentation to support studies and innovation efforts.
• Execute scientific studies and analyze results to inform research direction and technical decisions.
