- Requires MS or PhD in Chemistry.
- 10+ years of self-driven experience solving technical challenges.
- Experience in new product development and product launch.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan and lead research projects to solve technical challenges and develop new technologies.
- Explore sealing/bonding materials, including epoxy urethane interactions and formulation concepts.
- Conduct DOE and other statistical analyses to evaluate data.
- Manufacturing support of product trials and addressing customer questions.
- Protect intellectual property and assist with patent monitoring and filing.
