Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a Research Scientist or Senior Research Scientist to lead analytical projects in health services research. You will work with lead investigators to design analyses, develop SAS-based code, and prepare results for dissemination to sponsors and policymakers.

The role requires mentoring junior analysts, presenting findings at meetings and conferences, and contributing to proposals for new projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in quantitative field (Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Economics, Public Health, Public Policy, etc.).
• Demonstrated history of progressively more responsible statistical programming experience.
• At least 4 years professional experience with statistical software, SAS preferred (i.e., conducting survival analysis).
• Strong oral/written communication skills with a wide variety of audiences, including sponsors and policy makers.

Responsabilités

• Work with the lead investigators to coordinate research development and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Contribute significantly to the design of analytical approaches for research questions.
• Prepare medical and statistical research papers and presentations for epidemiologic and health policy research.
• Mentor junior analysts to help implement statistical analyses and develop methodologies.
• Attend committee meetings, conference calls, and national/international conferences.
