Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years post-master's or 7 years post-bachelors related project/study management experience in a research setting.
• Grant and contract experience.
• Strong supervisory skills and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Set project goals and timetables for research activities.
• Coordinate activities of research staff.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and administer project/study policies per protocol and guidelines.
• Develop and review research materials and instruments.
