Job summary

NYU Langone Health seeks a Senior Program Manager in the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Emergency Medicine, Research Division, to oversee multiple large-scale programs.

You will design, budget, staff, and coordinate activities, including IRB-related tasks and data use agreements, reporting to the Principal Investigator. The role requires at least seven years in research with managerial experience and strong communication skills; a Master's/PhD in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration or related discipline.
• Minimum seven years of progressively responsible related research experience with at least three years in a managerial capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's Core Values in duties.
• Supervises program and research staff; coordinates roles and professional development.
• Manages program design, budget, staffing, logistics, deliverables, and operations for multiple projects.
• Develops and implements research strategies; drafts IRB protocols and manages IRB submissions.
• Oversees recruitment, onboarding, seminars, trainings, and other related activities.
• Prepares grants, budgets, status reports, and presentations; coordinates with internal and external partners.
• Represents programs in meetings and reports, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
