Responsibilities

• Senior Technical Authority: serves as CBDP science and technology expert inside and outside DTRA, leading strategic planning and long-range S&T objectives for JSTO.
• Program Planning & Management: oversees planning, direction, and execution of the Research Operations Program and supporting projects.
• Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration: coordinates with CBDP component officers, DoD labs, and international partners to address capability gaps.
• Requirement Translation: translates warfighter requirements into actionable technical objectives, program plans, and strategy.
• Strategic Governance & Representation: represents JSTO and RD-CB at high-level governance bodies to influence public policy.
