Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Care Administration, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, or related field with 7+ years in health research.
• Alternative: 10+ years of health research experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project operations and resource coordination for research studies.
• Develop and implement study protocols; ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead training and mentoring on study materials; coordinate recruitment and follow-up with participants.
• Maintain documentation tools and report progress to PI and investigators.
