Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field OR minimum three (3) years of health research experience.
• Experience supporting research studies and data collection processes is expected.
• Familiarity with IRB processes and regulatory documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations of projects and support research studies in compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Assist with recruitment, enrollment, informed consent, and participant follow-up including answering questions.
• Contribute to development of study materials in online formats and maintain documentation for study progress.
• Support documentation and reporting of research activities using project tracking tools and forms.
• Assist with IRB protocols, amendments, continuing reviews, and other regulatory documentation.
