Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a research support professional to assist with day-to-day operations of research projects, including data gathering, participant recruitment, enrollment, consent, and follow-up. You will help create and draft study materials in various formats and support documentation and reporting of study activities.

You will follow IRB approved protocols and federal/local regulations, and escalate issues to project managers as needed, contributing to project tracking and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Care Administration, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, Social or Behavioral Sciences, Health Services, Statistics, or Health Economics, or related field.
• Or Minimum three (3) years of experience in health research, public health, laboratory or social science research setting, epidemiology, social or behavioral sciences, health services or a directly related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Research Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day research project operations and data collection.
• Support recruitment, enrollment, consent, and follow-up with study participants.
• Draft and draft study materials for recruitment and data collection.
• Document and track study activities using project tools and forms.
• Escalate issues to project managers or investigators as needed.
