• Oversee department budget and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Assist in preparation/publication of manuscripts.
• Recruit and train research staff and prepare performance reports.
• Analyze reports, data briefs, and auxiliary publications for new topic modules.
• Define and produce indicators for a data visualization platform.
• Establish internal controls and ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure employees are trained on controls and university policy.
