Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing research protocols and supervising teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; culturally competent demeanor.
• Experience with REDCap, EPIC/Cerner, and qualitative data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of IRB procedures and federal human subjects regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple studies from start-up to closeout, coordinating protocol implementation.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure training on ethics and study procedures.
• Oversee participant recruitment, consent processes, and engagement strategies.
• Manage regulatory submissions (IRB, HIPAA) and sponsor communications.
• Ensure data quality, database design, and reporting for sponsors.
• Assist with budgets, travel, and study-related operations across sites.
