Qualifications

• Experience with quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research.
• Ability to produce publication-ready research outputs.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation, and communication of findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape research initiatives advancing empirical understanding of law school access and education value.
• Oversee multiple projects with limited supervision, including timelines and stakeholder materials.
• Manage 1-2 analysts, provide guidance and support professional development.
• Design and implement advanced research strategies, including model specification and analyses.
• Establish QA procedures for data collection, management, and analysis.
• Produce clear tables, figures, dashboards, and graphical displays for diverse audiences.
• Prepare or lead the preparation of research outputs and reports.
