Job summary

Morning Consult is seeking an experienced market research professional to join Research Solutions as a Senior Research Manager, reporting to a Research Director. You will own the research behind a set of client accounts, executing custom quantitative studies and building client relationships that lead to renewals and new work.

You will work closely with Research Directors, Account Executives, and partners across Research Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and analyzing custom quantitative survey research.
• Experience managing client relationships and renewing business.
• Strong methodological knowledge and storytelling.
• Experience coaching teammates and giving feedback.
• Hands-on experience with AI in research and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Nurture day-to-day client relationships and drive growth across accounts.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from kickoff to post-delivery.
• Apply survey design, analysis, and storytelling with minimal direction.
• Coach managers and associates on service standards and quality.
• Leverage AI responsibly to improve insights and outputs.
