Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in a related discipline.
• 4+ years of shipping/receiving experience.
• 2+ years in an academic and/or biomedical research environment.
• AALAS certification at any level strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct receipt, storage, and transport of laboratory supplies, samples, and equipment between HPL and the main campus.
• Run and manage the glass wash program for HPL lab users, including scheduling and recordkeeping.
• Inspect laboratory animal shipments and coordinate transports to HPL within required timeframes.
• Maintain supply and equipment logs and assist with ARC transport vehicles and deliveries to the HTRL facility as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and facility services, manage requests, and ensure safety and compliance.
