Qualifications

• Experience leading data projects and influencing stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HIPAA privacy requirements, human subjects protections, and data de-identification.

Responsibilities

• Enable compliant researcher access to clinical/research data while protecting patient privacy.
• Define data strategies and lead complex analyses to support regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Mentor junior team members and drive data governance initiatives.
• Act as intermediary between researchers, the IRB, and data stewards to produce de-identified datasets for pediatric research.
