Job summary

Qualifications

• Required education and experience: bachelor’s degree with 3 years in grants/contracts administration or clinical research administration; or high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Possess exceptional oral and written communication for interactions with faculty and industry partners.
• Handle highly sensitive negotiations within legal constraints.
• Analyze and interpret complex contractual agreements.
• Understand issues in industry-sponsored research including confidentiality, IP, payment terms, and liability.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Access alike.
• Maintain familiarity with federal regulations related to research.
• Maintain confidentiality in all work performed.
