Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with Manager of R&D to develop solutions to technology gaps.
• Mentor junior chemists and lab technicians.
• Investigate and test legacy and new materials.
• Identify analytical instruments to support research programs.
• Lead continuous improvement for products and processes.
• Document and maintain test records and reports.
• Support design engineers for scale-up and prototyping.
• Organize and safely manage lab workspace.
• Write procedures for fabrication of projects.
• Evaluate process changes for impact on quality, safety and productivity.
• Analyze lab data and present findings.
