• Knows wide range of experimental techniques and skilled in their applications.
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Capable with searching scientific literature.
• Skilled with word processing, spreadsheets, graphical and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Design experimental plans to support project objectives.
• Execute bench experiments; analyze data and record results.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries and quantitative analyses.
• Maintain complete and accurate records.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams on investigations.
• Identify improvements to processes and laboratory environment.
• Train others and supervise lower-level personnel as needed.
