About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Scientist, Translational Medicine, the candidate will develop and perform molecular assays to support our clinical trials, utilizing Luminex, dPCR, and MSD technologies. The role requires performing assays on clinical trial materials, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform translational assays on clinical and pre-clinical samples under guidance.
• Conduct qualified or validated molecular assays (Luminex, dPCR, MSD) to evaluate cell persistence, activity, and efficacy.
• Generate, qualify, and validate assays, author SOPs, and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage sample metadata and assay data using electronic lab notebooks and sample management systems.
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with GDP standards.
• Participate in clinical sample accessioning and learn cell-based assay techniques.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and follow safety protocols.
• Contribute to team activities and maintain laboratory standards.

Qualifications

• MS in Biology, Immunology, Engineering, or related field, or Bachelor’s with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with molecular assays like Luminex, dPCR, MSD.
• Strong lab skills including aseptic technique and cell culture.
• Ability to follow SOPs and documentation practices.
• Organized, independent, with good communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with assay design, validation, and SOP creation.
• Familiarity with Luminex, MSD, digital PCR platforms.
• Experience handling clinical samples and troubleshooting assays.
• Knowledge of GLP/GCP regulations and electronic lab systems.
