Position Summary
EBI is seeking a full-time Environmental Scientist I to conduct due diligence services. The successful candidate will perform field assessments of limited/selected property types, interviews, and independent research of local, state, and federal resources. Reporting may include Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and/or Cultural Resources deliverables.
This position reports directly to the Area Operations Manager and will be a fully remote, work from home position. The majority of clients this position will support will be located in or around Philadelphia, PA, so candidates will need to already be established in this market. This is a field-based position, with upwards of 50% local and regional travel expected. Candidates must have previous experience with travel and be comfortable with this model to be considered.
