Job summary

Janux Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Research Associate to participate in designing and executing experiments, and to perform sample analysis using HPLC, CE-SDS, iCIEF, and capillary CE-SDS ELISA (Jess). This hands-on position supports CMC, discovery, pre-clinical, and clinical development of lead candidates for next-generation immune oncology drugs.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to support multiple development stages.
• Perform sample analysis using HPLC, CE-SDS, iCIEF, capillary CE-SDS ELISA and Jess.
• Communicate results clearly and maintain thorough documentation to enable progression toward clinical candidates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance next-generation immune oncology compounds.

Job description

Janux Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Research Associate to participate in designing and executing experiments, as well as perform sample analysis utilizing HPLC, CE-SDS, iCIEF, and capillary CE-SDS ELISA [simple western blot (Jess)]. These activities will support CMC, discovery, pre-clinical, and clinical development of existing and new lead candidates. This hands‑on position requires effective communication and documentation of results to enable the advancement of novel research molecules toward development of clinical candidates, which will ultimately lead to late‑stage development and commercialization. This position will directly support the discovery of next‑generation immune oncology drugs. Ideal applicants will be agile and highly driven, collaborative, team‑oriented, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and carry a strong commitment to excellence.
