Calico Life Sciences LLC; Senior Research Associate; South San Francisco, California; Duties include: Conduct laboratory experiments in Calico's Genomics technology lab with a diverse range of high-resolution technologies, such as, single-cell and spatial profiling; Act as a technical domain expert and advise and train other Calico labs on how single cell and spatial technology can help them answer challenging biological questions; Evaluate and explore approaches to optimize current workflows to innovate current single cell technology; Improve Calico's single cell and spatial transcriptomics methods, including experimental design, sample preparation, library construction, and data generation; and Troubleshoot and improve the quality of research results and provide single cell technical advice and guidance to Calico colleagues.
