Job summary

Juul Labs is seeking a biology-focused laboratory professional in Mountain View to characterize liquids and aerosols from ENDS. You will perform established assays, maintain GLP-compliant documentation, and develop new methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct biological characterization of liquids and aerosols associated with electronic nicotinedelivery systems (ENDS).
• Conduct regular, established biological assays to support product development.
• Adherence to GLP.
• Develop new methodology for characterizing our products.
• Write and execute SOPs and maintain a record of results.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or MS with hands-on lab experience and 6 years of relevant industry experienc
• Demonstrated experience in a laboratory setting to include basic laboratory procedures such asweighing, quantitative transfer, and volumetric dilutions.
• Hands-on experience in aseptic cell-culture techniques is required.
• Experience with GLP is preferred.
• Experience with plate-based assays is preferred.
• Experience with cytotoxicity testing is preferred.
• Experience in method development a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office & statistical software (e.g., Graphpad Prism) and plus
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Excellent data management.

EDUCATION:

• BS/MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell/Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, or related field

Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given
geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
