Company Description

We are working with a fast-growing CRO specializing in protein and antibody therapeutics, which is expanding capabilities from in vitro studies to include in vivo discovery. We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to play a key role in this exciting new function.

What You’ll Do

• Execute hybridoma and/or single B-cell screening workflows to drive antibody discovery projects.
• Work closely with the Head of In Vivo to establish new protocols, processes, and team infrastructure.
• Collaborate across research and commercial teams to deliver results for biotech, biopharma, and academic partners.
• Contribute to the growth of a brand-new in vivo function in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.

What We’re Looking For

• BS or MS in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field (MS preferred).
• 3–6 years of hands-on lab experience in an industry or CRO setting.
• Technical expertise in hybridoma and antibody discovery workflows is a major plus.
• Experience in a CRO setting is preferred.
