Job summary

Valiant Harbor International is seeking a Senior Research Analyst (Intelligent and Autonomous Systems SETA) to support ONR, Warfighter Performance. The position provides technical, analytical, programmatic, and administrative support in the execution of S&T programs. Hybrid work with occasional travel. The successful candidate will extract meaning from complex data relationships and identify trends related to DoD priorities. Salary negotiable.

Qualifications

• Requires TS-SCI security clearance or ability to obtain TS-SCI within 12 months.
• Education and relevant professional experience in engineering or related science required.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and advanced sensors is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and program management support: strategic planning, budgeting, roadmaps, metrics, and DoD/DoN alignment.
• Manage lifecycle of R&D programs: proposals, awards, documentation, deliverables, and data repositories.
• Prepare high-quality technical communications: reports, briefings, and congressional responses.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement: meetings, reviews, events, and cross-sector collaboration.
• Support innovation and knowledge management: identify emerging tech and funding strategies.
