You will analyze data, synthesize insights, and deliver strategic recommendations for a household-name client across corporate, consumer, and issues workstreams. The role emphasizes media monitoring, KPI development, and opportunities identification, with a focus on emerging reputational risks and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in research across multiple categories; secondary research experience preferred.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in integrated research and analytics assignments across social/traditional media.
• Monitor online conversations to identify issues, risks and opportunities for clients.
• Draft reports and collaborate with team to present findings to clients.
