Job summary

OGC Global is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join our team supporting a Life Insurance client. You will oversee and coordinate a team of analysts and project resources to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You will serve as a key day-to-day client contact, guide analytical approaches, manage timelines, and communicate findings and recommendations. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential in this fast-paced, client-facing role.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in market research, customer experience, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with financial services and/or insurance clients; life insurance experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects, workstreams, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating or managing junior team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently while leading a supporting team.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with research/analytics platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client projects and workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or challenges.
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and understand their business and objectives.
• Lead client meetings, project discussions, and status updates.
• Communicate progress, findings, recommendations, and next steps clearly.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve the client experience.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and review client-facing presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
• Support customer experience and market research initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of the life insurance industry, including customer needs and trends.

We are looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join our team and support a key Life Insurance client. This role combines analytical expertise, client management, and project leadership. The Senior Analyst will work closely with the client while overseeing and coordinating a team of analysts and project resources to ensure successful delivery of client work.

The Role

The Senior Analyst will serve as a key day-to-day contact for the client and will take ownership of assigned projects and workstreams. They will be responsible for understanding client objectives, guiding the analytical approach, managing timelines and deliverables, and coordinating the team supporting the work.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4–7+ years of experience in market research, customer experience, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with financial services and/or insurance clients; life insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing projects, workstreams, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating or managing junior team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently while effectively leading a supporting team.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with research and analytics platforms is a plus.
