Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior-level security-cleared professional to lead requirements and systems engineering for DoD/IC programs. The role emphasizes traceability, testable requirements, and rigorous coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include design and evaluation of systems and procedures, and conducting work simplification and measurement studies across projects and teams in Maryland and beyond. A strong background in DoD policy and RM tools is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Current CI poly within last seven years.
• Twelve years experience with a Bachelor's or sixteen years with a HS diploma.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline.
• Ten years of experience with U.S. Government and DoD/IC policies, directives, and governance.
• Experience supporting DoD/IC or cyber mission organizations.
• Experience with requirements management, systems engineering, and project coordination.
• Experience developing performance requirements, metrics, mission threads, and use cases.
• Experience decomposing stakeholder needs into testable requirements.
• Experience with validation, verification, traceability, change management, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience using RM databases, PM tools, repositories, or related systems.
• Traceability of technical information across the lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, coordination, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
