Job summary

CTC Group is seeking Requirements Project Managers to support the analysis, development, validation, and management of technical and operational requirements throughout the project lifecycle. This role collaborates with government stakeholders, engineering teams, and project leadership to translate mission needs into clear requirements and maintain traceability.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph completed within the last seven years.
• Experience supporting requirements management in government or DoD environments.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical and operational requirements.
• Experience developing performance requirements, mission threads, use cases, and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of lifecycle traceability, verification, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, clarify, and manage stakeholder requirements across multiple systems and project components.
• Decompose operational needs into clear, measurable, testable, and verifiable technical requirements.
• Develop performance requirements, metrics, mission threads, and use cases to support system development and evaluation.
• Validate requirements and verify that deliverables satisfy objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain requirements databases, traceability matrices, and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage requirements changes, including impact assessments, documentation updates, reviews, and approvals.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional technical teams.
• Track requirements status, risks, and issues for government stakeholders and project leadership.
