Job summary

TRIAEM LLC is seeking a Senior Requirements Engineer to drive mission-critical capabilities for national security systems. You will translate high-level needs into actionable requirements, guide lifecycle management, and align work with MBSE and JARM frameworks.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in requirements or systems engineering, strong IC familiarity, and experience with NGA/DoD programs. Expect collaboration with NGA stakeholders and leadership across agile teams.

Qualifications

10+ years in requirements engineering or related systems engineering.
Strong understanding of the Intelligence Community and NGA’s mission.
Expertise in traceability tools and MBSE environments.
Comfortable interfacing with technical and executive stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Master’s preferred).
Prior experience with NGA, NSG/ASG, IC or DoD programs highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Translate high-level mission needs into clear, testable technical requirements.
Drive the development and traceability of program requirements using advanced tools.
Align systems and services with JARM and MBSE frameworks.
Conduct analyses to inform investment decisions and capability development.
Lead cross-functional engagement with NGA stakeholders and technical boards.
