Job summary

TRIAEM is seeking a mid-level Test Systems Engineer to support NGA programs in Springfield, VA (or Chantilly). The role covers testing across NSG/ASG and Federal Agency environments, requiring active TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility.

You will perform manual and automated testing, develop test scripts, and contribute to Agile/DevOps pipelines while collaborating with engineers and mission stakeholders to improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 6+ years of systems integration and testing experience in government or industry.
• Experience with cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps testing methodologies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform application, system, and integration testing across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency platforms.
• Support testing activities within Agile and DevOps pipelines.
• Conduct independent integration testing of software and hardware to validate requirements.
• Plan and execute both manual and automated testing activities.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using scripting languages.
• Support defect analysis, troubleshooting, and investigations during test events.
• Collaborate with developers, systems engineers, and stakeholders to improve system performance.
