What You’ll Do

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with customers in collaborative project meetings.
• Translate ambiguous or complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements utilizing standard company templates (wireframes, field lists, process flows, etc).
• Become knowledgeable of ClarionDoor's product suite in order to articulate functionality to customers and understand potential impacts of requested functionality.
• Maintain documentation as requirements evolve.
• Communicate with customers, analysts, project manager, QA and other stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout each project phase by anticipating customer needs and responding to questions in a timely manner.
• Peer review other team members work including QA test scripts
  
  

Factors for Success

• 5+ years of requirements analyst (business analysis) experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with P&C Insurance, preferably with the policy life cycle and Insurance industry organizations like ISO or AAIS.
• Strong analytical, consultative and communication skills
• Experience with MS Office Suite, Jira and Balsamiq or other wireframing tools
• Experience with Agile Implementation methodology
